Sunbeam

The Sunbeam isn't actually an "item", because you don't procure it. Instead, they are locations in the various chapters that will keep regenerating WALL-E's health as long as he standing under the beam.

The Earth version is actually just a spot in a level, on the Axiom they appear as a "Lamp" (mostly on a wall).
