The Lunar Base as the wrecked Exodus
Formerly a portion of the Mini-Con ship Exodus, the Lunar Base was used as a base by the Decepticons during their stay on the Moon. It's got a throne room (presumably added by Megatron), a warp gate, a healing/repair room, and lots of holes (fixing which are presumably not as important as the throne). The Autobots would separately use the remainder of the ship on Earth as their own base of operations.

Searching for the Mini-Cons, Megatron's forces set up on the lunar-wrecked portion of the Exodus, allowing them to remain in warp range of Earth without having to set up shop anywhere near any filthy humans. There was a single Mini-Con storage panel among the wreckage: Megatron's old partner Leader-1. Cyclonus would find space to take a nap almost immediately. Template:Storylink
While Tidal Wave apparently liked to just float above the base, Thrust could often be found whining beside Megatron's throne. It contained a regeneration chamber of some kind, one large enough for a bulk and several Mini-Cons to comfortably fit and soak up some energon rays. Template:Storylink

Transformers: Universe reboot cartoon[]
Built from the wreckage of the Decepticon command ship Nemesis, the Lunar Base serves as the new base of operations for Megatron's troops during their stay on the Moon, Luna in Transformers: Universe. The base includes several buildings, a docking tower, and a lunar dome base that contained a throne room (presumably added by Megatron). It is significantly larger than its predecessor It's got a warp gate, GroundBridge/Space bridge and a healing/repair room. It also had a store room with the protoforms stolen from Master Yoketron's dojo.
After the destruction of the Decepticon undersea base, Megatron's forces used the lunar-wreckage of the original Nemesis and the Exodus and built several buildings around it to serve as their new main base on Earth's Moon, allowing them to remain in warp range of Earth without having to set up shop anywhere near any filthy human. They installed the GroundBridge salvaged from the derelict Harbinger, and other equipment salvaged from the ruins of their old underwater base. The Decepticons found four Mini-Con storage panels among the wreckage. It contained a regeneration chamber of some kind, one large enough for a bulk and several Mini-Cons to comfortably fit and soak up some energon rays.
When the Hydra Cannon was activated, it erupted near the Lunar Base where the original Nemesis crashed here. The Decepticons abandoned the base to travel to New Earth in the Alpha Centauri System.
After the Great War, the Decepticon base on the moon was abandoned. Megatron and his men returned to seize the remaining protoforms as well as ransacking the original Nemesis for raw materials. The protoforms placed inside giant exo-structures made from components of the base gave rise to Megatron's ultimate weapons: a fleet of Lugnut Supremes.
