Forest Hill is a location that appears in the anime series Sonic X. It is a forested area where Eggman took shelter in for some time.

Chaos Emerald Saga

At some point, Eggman went into hiding in Forest Hill, although Knuckles would find him and his Egg Fort II there.

Later on, Knuckles and Chris went to Forest Hill to negotiate with Eggman in cooperating with Sonic in order for them to return to their home world. Eggman agreed, but on the condition that he held onto the six Chaos Emeralds they had. However, it turned out to be another trick of Eggman's, who quickly dropped Knuckles and Chris out of his ship upon getting the Chaos Emeralds. Sonic soon after arrived on the scene in order to stop the meeting, but was too late to stop Eggman from taking the Emeralds.

Rouge, Topaz, and a handful of other GUN personnel had also arrived in an attempt to procure the Chaos Emeralds, though this plan was ultimately fruitless.
