Mr. Chuckles

Mr. Chuckles is a supporting character in FernGully 2: The Magical Rescue and Sailor Moon Crystal: FernGully. He is Budgie's grandpa, who helps his granddaughter prepare to juggle in a circus. He has a vehicle that can drive and float, while the Sailor Guardians and the gang is out rescuing the animals (included Luna, Artemis and Diana) from the poachers.
