Kane Blueriver
Kane Blueriver is the main character in Lost Universe. A trouble contractor, he used a sword of light which relies on psychic power.
He is the grandson of Alicia shon Stargazer. She was killed in combat with the founder of the Nightmare Syndicate, fueling Kane's desire for revenge.
He's almost always wearing a cape.
